Exposure to teach students across Mumbai.

No job security, no fixed number of hours allotted. Some month you get 100 hours of lecture and most of the time it trickles down to 20-30 hours. Delay in payment throughout the year.

Work Details

Branch staff are always cooperative. It is the management which makes it worse. The number of students accommodated in each classroom far exceed its capacity. Branches are shifted every year.

Delayed payments, Reduced hours for every chapter since pandemic resulting in overshooting of topic where you have to take extra lecture to complete and you are not paid for that extra lectures. Hardly one hour lectures per day for faculties since pandemic but have collected full fees from students.
