The pandemic has hit everyone hard but MSL has not laid off people, nor have we seen pay cuts. Online coordination has increased work hours but that's true everywhere. The company has initiated many programs such as mental health consultation, alternate 4-day work weeks, Corona insurance for families at a nominal cost among other things.

Dislikes

I am a part of the digital team which is an extended arm of the PR agency that MSL is at heart. As such, the core work is digital PR in nature more than advertising.

Work Details

Before the pandemic it was fine, after the pandemic work life balance has gone for a toss but since that's true everywhere, nothing to complain about that.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
