The culture is better considering agency culture. The hierarchy is lean and it is easy to speak to managers and above.

Dislikes

The work life balance is negligible, the work pressure is extreme and every employee is made to handle 4-5 high intensity clients, with next to no support. The management is cost cutting everywhere and does not replace resources quickly, which leads to even more resignations. The expectations are unrealistic and no one will have your back in a beef with a client.

The compensation and increments that MSL as an organisation offers is noticeably less as compared to its peers in the market. The real working experience largely depends on the practice, the manager and the HR Business Partner. My experience has been, unfortunately, terrible solely because of my manager, the practice head and owing to the fact the the local HR Business Partner turned a blind eye to my concerns over mental harassment and unfair treatment. I was unfairly treated by my practice head and I didn't get any recourse to my concerns despite having brought the attention of the HR towards the issue. My manager set me up slowly, and created a situation where I felt ostracized and made everyday work life intolerable, eventually leading to my resignation....Read More

- Incompetent senior leadership who have absolutely no regard for the team, are abusive (I've heard many give gaalis to their teams) - Absolutely toxic work culture - there's a boys club built by the CEO of the company and he ensures that's tight-knit and well-appraised to pressurise the rest of folks - Senior leadership gets appraised for ensuring that the CEO of the company has a good time visitings restaurants and bars when he visits a particular city and. Even looking for an ideal date for the CEO goes into the kra of VPs who get promoted on the basis of the same - There is immense pressure to turn around new biz even if it means the entire team is stressed, burnt out and unwell. I've had people in my team being unwell but reporting into work because there is JUST SO MUCH PRESSURE - My entire team is undergoing a mental breakdown and most are quitting yet they aren't allowing replacement hires - Senior Leadership barely stands up for the team given that they don't want to get involved or put their neck on the line - Worst company I've ever worked for in the past 15 years of my career and I've been at many and the leadership here helps me put all my ex bosses in high regard.
