That it was closer to my house in terms of distance to travel everyday

There is a lot of hierarchy in the company. Because of this there is little to no opportunities for individual growth. There's not much to learn from team leaders since there is no team work. There is a lot of communication gap within teams and needless to say, if you are one of those that are looked down upon (for no apparent reason), your life is doomed.
