Work culture is good.Expectation of HR about me changed many times.Expectations were unwritten mostly demanding outside work requirement. Outstation people involved in personal finance i.e. big issue. Huge crowd from BENGALURU know inside out about my tenure i.e. big failure of MSC Software. Even after I left the organisation crowd from bengaluru still want to be personal.

Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Bengaluru people watched Pune office,it was like keeping under watch. HR expectation out of work.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
