Likes

It's work culture,no micromanagement,no politics in HR team,work-life balance was good and learnt alot there. They have flexible working time and no salary deduction if you are late/missed to punch in etc.

Dislikes

Nothing,It's a perfect workplace for employees who are eager to learn. Salary could be better and competitive.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
