Good company to work with, good work - life balance. Management doesn't call you for any work after office hours, but during the office hours you have to work properly, use to have fun in the office, also plan for outing and trips. Long holidays during Diwali festival, all national holidays are off. Everything in mrmmbs vision is very very bad , especially manager behaviour is very bad he very rude to every employee he thinks he is the king of the office and that office is their kingdom , he do whatever he wants to do with their employees all the employees are his servent .

Everything was good during my employment with Mrmmbs Vision, this company gives the opportunity to the freshers as well, but when any fresher or employee doesn't work properly or doesn't perform well at work, they give enough time to the employee to improve their performance.
