Overall they maintaining Good, sanitizing, keeping distance in Staff buses and canteen

Dislikes

It's better if they maintaining shifts for staff also like 3+3 or 4+2, shifts I totally dnt like (ex-whole week only night shift), And they given Uniform shirt size very less meters ,we can't feel comfortable at work,at training they two months but it's totally no use of tht training

The staff is to supportive all seniors has lots of knowledge so we can learn from them. Also during lockdown company hadn't cut off our salary's which was the good example of carrying employees .

Dislikes

The company is very far from residential area so we spend more then 2:30 hrs per day in travel .

The company growing rapidly and adopts latest industry technology and best practices. It gives ample opportunity for career growth and additional responsibilities.

Dislikes

Work environment and culture is quite conservative and sometimes creating a stressed work enviroment. Though the intial compensation is competitive, subsequent hike were below expectation and industry standard. Bonuses are very low when compared to other companies.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
