Too much politics and favouritism for promotion/appraisal. Lead/Managers are the worst. Asking to support overtime in weekends also without overtime pay.

Cooper is a great experience the way the run the business, celebrate every festival, ambiance, i would say everything working at Cooper was fantastic - except the people who are there in (Team leads & Manager) they don't deserve being in that position.

Dislikes

The team leads working in cooper they don't have that maturity they are going back of girls and supporting them this is not at all good. They should have some common sense being in the position as a team leads.

It is good until ur freshers and trainee but as on u go further in tenurdship no focus on the hardworking employee the the promotion goes only for the biased and liked once and what we need is not given

Salary is very less. You are not allowed to have your mobile phone with you, you have to keep your personal belongings in a locker. Shift timing is 6PM to 2AM - this will ruin your health, I lost a lot of weight from loss of appetite. Some team leads are not professional, they force you to participate in team outings, spend money on unnecessary internal fun at work events. If you say that with such low salary you cannot spend so much for these events, the team leads will not understand your perspective, they will instead badmouth about you with their favorite associates and make you look like the bad person....Read More
