Job security is the only thing that I like about MPPKVVCL Indore

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Management, performance reward policy is very poor as well as compensation is decreasing day by day. Also politics is affecting work life balance and culture is depleting faster

Work Details

I work as HR manager but my job dosent clearly helps me to show my skills and knowledge. Office still working on old establishment based culture

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
