MPower's culture is one of the finest I have ever lived. It offers a great collaboration program in a cross functional teams which eventually leads to understanding of the business and colleagues. Also the exposure to the enhance learning oppurtunity is very vast, organized and transparent.

As long as we work with them they take good care of us. provide Food when we work in office. they provide transportation/cab. other necessary tools/equipment that is required for work. Apart from this they provide lot of gifts and Celebrate employee birthday. Although it's an American based company they value and celebrate our Indian festival events.
