This organisation is terrible. Do not ever join this company unless you want to ruin your career. They hire good people and make their life hell. People who are not at all hold experience in Executive level in a standard organisation are Managers here, also people who don't have much exposure in HR are AVPs. So, understand.... Very awful culture...no actual work is done here. Job of 5 people is micromanaged by 50s. There is no organisation policy, nothing. Would not recommend even my enemies :)...Read More

Mpokket is good company my job is ok but my Assistant Manager mr Pravakar is too much.just show off that he is only working in whole company.ever time he just shouting on people to show that how serious he is. Unlimited strech no fix working hours if there is no data you have to strech fir your target if you want to achieve 109% by the end of the month. Can't even count the dislikes! The treat employees like servants.. the manager, the TLs, the HRs are so toxic and the work environment is so so so toxic, so much politics they do in the floor! Worst company to work.

there is a bad habit in mpokket and i feel that a lot of politics is done here... politics happens is every company but the most use less politics is played in mpokket. There someone is warned two three four times and no one get a singal chance....
