My experience very bad overall on interview time I'm going to interview at 3.30pm and they are taking my interview on 7.00Pm no one coming this time for interview but still they sitting me over 4.30Hr when I'm asking for interview security said they are in meeting. Very bad experience in mPocket for interview. I never joining that's type of organisation who not take care his employee.

Mpokket is good company my job is ok but my Assistant Manager mr Pravakar is too much.just show off that he is only working in whole company.ever time he just shouting on people to show that how serious he is. Unlimited strech no fix working hours if there is no data you have to strech fir your target if you want to achieve 109% by the end of the month. Can't even count the dislikes! The treat employees like servants.. the manager, the TLs, the HRs are so toxic and the work environment is so so so toxic, so much politics they do in the floor! Worst company to work.

there is a bad habit in mpokket and i feel that a lot of politics is done here... politics happens is every company but the most use less politics is played in mpokket. There someone is warned two three four times and no one get a singal chance....
