Great working with Mphasis like mangers and co-worker, 2nd time agin I was joining same organizations but unfortunately i got termination letter because i was uploaded wrong document so please check before upload the documents, if get any chance I'm ready to join immediately Mphasis, because i have that much love organization.

28/8/2024 Go on the interview the company management put on discretion only for freshers and I worked 6 years food industry for my college use but this Maphasis company for me new industry I was excited to get my job here and was interviewed before 2 Days did not sleep there I work on continue shift. They had written for 2 hours for an interview after the mphasis staff called my name and she told her don't interview for you we connected only for freshers. And kindly keep on desperation no any work experience to mention it. Pathetic place to work as an experienced and fresher candidate. They treat you as per their mood, it's more like school with plenty of restrictions. Most people left the company due to mental health issues. Initially, the management treats you very nicely but after 2 months the true colors are out. Be safe.

They will conduct 8 to 10 test then they will terminate if you don't have 70 % bench mark In my batch all most 30% of people had 69.5% still they didn't consider our marks Please don't prefer this company

the work culture is smooth and there is not huge amount of pressure exerted by colleagues as compared to other companies. There are also scope for learning opportunities through learning portals.

Dislikes

Not much freedom, in terms of expressing our views. Chances for promotion are very less for tenured employees. Learning opportunities come with huge monetary cost. Team outing opportunities are very limited as it is restricted to how much quarterly budget gets allocated to the delivery manager.

It's my first company as a fresher, i learned a lot of skills and as far as training went it was great.

After training, -there are no projects for gaining actual work experience. -the salary for fresher's is very low -you are put on bench after training and you have to wait for projects for months and the WORST part is there is bench policy, from starting date of the bench period for the next 2 months-full salary and later 2 months-50% salary and after that NO SALARY. This company behave employees just like use and throw. There is no job security into mortgage processes .is there anyone decided to join Mphasis into mortgage project then just change your decision. Pathetic management. I was jobless despite being greate performance of 2 years.
