My experience is from Sophos project. Dislikes there are:
No work life balance.
Worst in terms of technical learning.
Call center like toxic work culture.
Managers are not supportive and they just care about number cases you close irrespective of how you close them and what you learn from it.
So much work pressure. So many cases areallotted daily without giving you enough time to investigate them (so you don't get time to learn while you work). Then they blame it on you, escalate them and treat you very badly.
Forces you to work on weekends.
Doesn't approve leaves.
If you have any other better option than this one, go there. Don't join CSS Corp especially in Sophos project....Read More
