At first the things were great.

Things were good at first but since Sawan sharma took over the management as a manager it became worst. Even if you work like a machine for 8-9 hours but there is no appreciation or value for your work. You will be treated like you are doing nothing for the company. You will be thrown out of the company for no reason if he does not l ike you. He will put you in such a situation that the person would resign himself. There is no value for your work only if you are good with sawan you can survive here or else you will be thrown out of the place. Too much of unnecessary micromanagement, one should make themselves productive for straight 8 hours. Even if you are hard working you will not get rewarded if you are not his favourite. There is no value for your personal or family life. Except few people others are not allowed to take a WFH (so called favouritism). As a manager sawan is allowed to take a WFH on every friday but as an employee no WFH is allowed even if you have a serious situation to handle. Salary is below average no words for that<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. As for appraisal 10% hike is the thing which you can expect even if you work like an machine</mark>. Nothing to like about this organisation. I would say this place is a slavery in the name of multi national company

I would request the organisation to improve it’s management instead of deleting the negative reviews.I have worked for more than 3 years here and it spoiled my career completely. Promotion was given to a less experienced person just because he was good to some managers.If you check the exist details, no employee has given a second thought about leaving this organisation ,when they have got a new opportunity. The worst management for a MNC. Even the sick leaves has to be preplanned here and the manager has to be notified a week prior is how it works here. I hope those managers don’t feel sick working here. Manager himself is posting fake reviews saying manager himself is a missionary leader. This is serious point as I don’t know how he has worked in his MISSIONARY approach and did the people who got promoted helped him in his MISSIONARY ways....Read More
