I don't like any one. Because work culture and leaders behaviour is not good with lower cadre and also hike is also not given by proper way,partiality is there ,they are not followed proper rules and guidance ,companies act ,Accounting principles also not followed.

Nothing, the only benefit is that if you are on a project they won't force you to come office, this is only the benefit

If you are not in the project, they will give you the task even if they don't know if the tasks are achievable or not; if you disagree or if you have not completed the task, they will fire you from the company.
