In MountBlue job security is terrible he can terminate you if they don't have client even you are working good also. The ceo think only about his profit not about the employee. Here you can learn a lot but the behaviour of mentor and environment is very toxic.

It's a company where you will get to learn a lot. You will get an awesome mentor who will guide you to become a solid coder. Mentor will never teach you tech or languages or frameworks, you will do it on your own. Mentor will just ask you to do some projects and he will review it. Sometime mentor will have one to one coding session with you or a review session with you to review your code and tell your mistakes. You will also have soft skill sessions and tasks so you will be good at communication. Firing during training time is common, they can fire you even the next week after joining if they felt you are underperforming. Usually two warnings are given before firing.

Dislikes

Be serious always, Only open your mouth to ask technical doubts else you will get a reprimand. And two reprimands means u are fired.

Good work environment and culture. When I was fresher. I was not aware of industry standards which should follow at the time of writing code. In guidence of Mr. Konark and Mr. Sachin M.K. I learned about industry best practices.

Job security is low, work culture is not good, IT is a coding bootcamp for 3 months, if you complete that bootcamp then after that you can deployed in company

Very hectic way of learning. They dont teacg anything they send you link and say to learn these technologies only in 1-2 days
