Mostly familiarization and favoritism is there, Managers are not good they only love there favorite employee, they don't see your hard work they see only their favorite employee's work or who is belongs to same native or friend or collage fellows. Bad management they don't have any vision, what they are doing even they don't know. They don't think about you as personally.

Manager here are at worst and not professionals. They are more interested in your personal life than professionals engagement. They are so insecure and talk about age, complex, single or married or have kids or not n offcourse why. When you complain about the same to higher level, they act like they are powerless can't help you with this. So basically it's a nightmare.
