It's purely sales sales sales sales like insurance, tgs , sip , pms , and brokerage pressure is very much , like fno and brokerage is very high , client definitely goes in loss and end up losing hard earned money , that's where I felt i should leave because charging so high brokerage it gets hard to provide service to client and profits too , market is uncertain no guarantee client will trade or not still we employee have immense pressure to work and get business, sometimes TLS also pressure alot , salary when I joined was less , and they hire everyone like freshers with no market experience and no interest in this field in this case the client suffers....Read More

over the period of 10 years from advisory executive to AVP this journey was exciting and will be very exiting going forward. The organization is driven by KNOWLEDG FIRST culture which is very helpful to gain knowledge. In a broking industry no one is offering such a good concept of Knowledge. Seniors behavior is good. MOFSL Management is good but due to the lower level employees are mentally harassing by the reporting. The way of talking and words are delivered by Reporting Managers are very dessarter. At the time of appraisal don't hiked the salary as the targets are overachieved.

The worst hr you can find is in motilaloswal. Divya pillai is the regional hr but still she is useless. Lot of girls tell her problem her mental harrassment but everytime she will lie ok give me sometime I will get back to you . But she will never respond . This company is not at all female friendly . And if you have stable job thenguyz please don't leave that job and join mosl.. Mosl give you hike but after 6 month they will give you pip and then you will be useless to them . Without providing portfolio or client how many days you will survive. This is the organisation where you will be not allowed to serve your notice period. Bosses are insecure they don't give chance for fresh talent. Initially they will say that will arrange your training in Mumbai. They will send you Mumbai just for showing rosi picture but after coming from Mumbai your honeymoon period will go and real mental torture for 2 cr of monthly mutual fund get started apart from insurance and demat. Without any support. If you don't reach at 9.15 at 9.16 your salary will be debited for that month .
