Motilal oswal as company is best but real the zonal person nature as special (Rishi bobra) is very bad concall style and at that nature of style lots of the people remove from the system and this all thing not look motilal ji or ramdev agrawal ji, otherwise company good.

Dislikes

Review call every 3 days and bad word and insulting all employees it's a bad and very hopelessly work from zonal head, person come and join motilal oswal for some work and achievement not for insulting.

Worst company, because they ask accounts and insurance every day from joining onwards. They will check your performance 6 months from date of joining. Your not met the target, they can ley of at any time. Dear hiring team, employees are assets to organisation but you are supposed to do like that. Especially, women candidates not prefer this type of jobs.

MOFSL Management is good but due to the lower level employees are mentally harassing by the reporting. The way of talking and words are delivered by Reporting Managers are very dessarter. At the time of appraisal don't hiked the salary as the targets are overachieved.

The worst hr you can find is in motilaloswal. Divya pillai is the regional hr but still she is useless. Lot of girls tell her problem her mental harrassment but everytime she will lie ok give me sometime I will get back to you . But she will never respond . This company is not at all female friendly . And if you have stable job thenguyz please don't leave that job and join mosl.. Mosl give you hike but after 6 month they will give you pip and then you will be useless to them . Without providing portfolio or client how many days you will survive. This is the organisation where you will be not allowed to serve your notice period. Bosses are insecure they don't give chance for fresh talent. Initially they will say that will arrange your training in Mumbai. They will send you Mumbai just for showing rosi picture but after coming from Mumbai your honeymoon period will go and real mental torture for 2 cr of monthly mutual fund get started apart from insurance and demat. Without any support. If you don't reach at 9.15 at 9.16 your salary will be debited for that month . Dislikes

I feel we spend a lot of time on virtual calls on daily basis. The review mechanism is also micro what i think. We spend a huge time in making different PPTs and beautifying them. Our incentive calculation and payout is very complex and there is huge attrition too due to this. We should really take action in making few things complex to simple.
