Nothing. Don't play cheap level of politics in work environment specially in Tech Department. Seniors are full of ego. Just because thay knows the system very well they are playing very cheap level politics. Dislikes

Following are things that need to be known before joining mosambee 1. While taking candidates interviews they are saying we will be giving a Saturday holiday soon. But from the last few years they are just planning. 2. You have to work 10 to 7 (Out time is not fixed at all). But if you are late for even a few seconds they don't consider it. 3. They will release the project(even a small fix) late at night (between 1 AM to 5 AM). And even after you present at night activity you have to come to the office and complete the nine hours. 4. Here once a new employee gets joined every other employee knows his salary. And on the basis of salary people start judging you. 5. There are few groups in the Tech department. They have been working for years (the company started from that time) and they play at a very cheap level of politics. Don't care about your career. 6. From last few months freshers as well as experienced candidates Absconded this organisation because of point no 5. 7. No job security at all. 8. Three months of notice period. It's just number they can decide any thing in that like if employee resign and he doesn't have job then they can release him any time and if he has job and he wants early rease then thay force you to complete 3 month of notice period. 9. They can treat you very badly when you resign and you have to work very hard and they will assign so much work at that time....Read More
