Company uses human doctors like robots. Biggest cheaters as they can change your contract anytime. expect you to work on weekends. Money minded company will force u to prescribe unethical medicines to patients and if you do not do then they will threaten to fire you!! The company should be banned from India, they have the worst quality products and expect Doctors to prescribe third class products to their patients....Read More

It’s basically like a call centre for doctors, no real diagnostic skill that you use. All you have to do is talk all day long without much break between calls and convince patients to buy their products. You have to follow their protocol word to word and will be questioned for not asking something as silly as how many hair strands do you lose in a day(which most of the time no one answered cause no one sits and counts their lost hair tbh). You cannot have your own style, MUST talk word to word as it how they say and shouldn’t exceed the calls by 10mins(pt takes 3-5mins just to upload their pics only in that). All in all I found the work terrible. monthly audits were terrible, they point out things that we’ve been asking and never appreciate what we do!...Read More

Doctors are just treated as glorified sales people and forced to call people multiple times who are not interested in the consultation and leads to be getting insulted by the customers for continuously calling them.Also there are too many back to back calls where you feel so tired with no gap and continuous work for almost 8 hours aday of repetitively prescribing same minoxidil and vitamins.In this there is monthly audit but none of your concerns that you raise are addressed.Would never suggest any of my fellow doctors to join here for work...Read More

Well, working at mosaic wellness has been a good experience. However, there are areas that could be improved. Working professionals should have a monthly meeting with IT and operational team regarding work improvisation related to systems that can be beneficial in achieving monthly target. Excellent pay structure with easy to achieve bonus. Increment is also good. This is best for PG aspirants as it enables MBBS doctors to focus on academics as they take a drop to prepare for PG. overall the company values its employees and focuses on care for its patients. The foundations of the company are really strong and in the coming years I can easily expect majority of doctors to be in a race to work for this beautiful company....Read More

It tends to get repetitive after some point and since the diseases are limited, there isn’t much growth of skill after a certain point. Sometimes there will be too many calls especially during Diwali and new year which can get frustrating. Software has some little bugs which can definitely be improved.

My seniors are very supportive here. They always give me leaves whenever I have asked for it.

Work life balance is bit hard to manage. Often 8 hrs become very long so sometimes become difficult to manage. 6 to 7 hrs will best suited for a person like me who give priority to work life balance.

Everything from homeopathic graduate and ayurvedic graduates taking tests on some stupid products for mbbs graduates. They would only require your licence to sell their gimmicky products and would ask you to work for 9 hours without any compensation. Only one holiday allowed. Saturday and Sundays are working. They suck. They will deduct 20000 from your first salary bloody cheapos. They require internet connection always. The lady who is in charge of the trainings is the only medical doctor who sucks since she will always require you to switch your web camera full time during the nonsensical training sessions which are product based trainings. Prepare for higher studies you wouldn't get anything from this sucking job....Read More
