Be Body Wise, is an online women s elective health platform, serving 4M+ women every year by providing personalized solutions and doctor consults across concerns for hair health, body care, Sleep and nutrition.
Little Joys, is an online health platform for kids, helping 2M+ parents every year solve for their child s physical, mental and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.
About the Role

We re looking for a Program Manager to build, nurture, and scale our creator network. Your missionFind the right creators, keep them pumped, and make sure they re dropping content. This is all about relationship-building, strategic matchmaking, and making sure our creators feel like they re part of something big .
Key Responsibilities
Find Onboard the Right Creators - You ll scout, vet, and recruit creators who actually align with our brand and product strategy.
Optimize Outreach Conversions - Develop and optimize the best outreach channels, creator segments, and engagement strategies to fuel community growth.
Regular Creator Calls - You ll be their go-to person, helping them understand our product, brainstorm content, and stay hyped.
Deal-Making Negotiations - Negotiate deals, and make sure creators get what they need (samples, rates, creative freedom).
Keep Them Hooked - Match influencers with the right products, build retention programs like rewards, exclusive perks, and other ways to make them feel valued.
Spot Trends New Ideas - Help shape future products and campaigns by understanding what s working in the creator space.
