Morningstar has good diversity in terms of Nationalities and preferences. working flexibility is good and adequate.

Dislikes

HRBP of the Sustainalytics business division is useless. The company hired more people than its sitting capacity which lead to a scarcity of seating arrangements. The company shifted to a hybrid working style but due to weak infra issue, it is difficult to manage.

Proper on time pay and Good Work life Balance. Structured Training and Excellent Work Culture to learn and grow. In short it's a good company to join for Freshers as it is offering decent package for them.

Dislikes

After a point of time, Promotions and growth are a bit slow. Also the work here what most of the Teams/Departments do is more of Collection in nature and not of that Research.

The work culture is slowing becoming stressful. Micro-managing is becoming very prominent and you failurre will be held against you during appraisal and promotions.

1) Morningstar is very employee-centric company. 2) Best work-life balance that I have seen 3) Work=life satisfaction and compnay culture are much better than other companies, but at the cost of low pay.

Dislikes

1) Morningstar is one of the lowest_paying companies compared to industry standards. 2) There is zero tranparency regarding promotion and appaisals. 3) The company has a very high turnover for the above reasons.

Workload is less as compared to other jobs

Dislikes

Poor management, lot of internal politics nowadays and too much favouritism. Promotion and appraisal are terribly low. Poor job quality, almost like data entry and copy paste.
