I thought it was a good company but no I was totally wrong.

Dislikes

No job security Total politics Your seniors will have lack of knowledge but they still give you comments on your works which will make you frustrated At beginning they will show cooperation but later you will end with nothing because they will not value you and your ideas. The worst part is total politics they will show when it comes to some emergency cases.

Only one things that makes people to try for this company is, work from home. There is nothing right in this place. Total scam company, publishes fake market size numbers, taken from other market research collaterals.

Dislikes

Everything, you name it. Nanomanagement, threatening and bullying by the manager and team lead, Biasedness, peeking into personal life, terrible working hours and intense work culture. These have caused high attrition in the healthcare. Health issues everyone get due to the non sensical working hours. And fake research work, you just do copy paste that's it, and write meaning less paragraphs, fill ppt slides that's it. Insanely long notice period even for associates. The company is good but the Automotive team is worst. The manager, project manager and lead assign unachievable targets and they also keep poking ever minute. Moreover, there is no exit time they assign task and expect to complete till night which gets frustrating. They will not support you and will blame in small mistakes. Worst work life balance.
