I had heard numerous commendations about this company before joining, but unfortunately, they appear to have been either exaggerated or applicable only to different areas in this company. The only limited discussions with the manager revolve around health. All throughout the time in the company, it became evident that she attempts to offset a lack of technical expertise with various other strategies, which becomes increasingly apparent to everyone in the team. Conversations with nearly all team members reveal a concerning reliance on a select few individuals, this dependency is particularly troubling for those seeking opportunities for growth within the organisation. There has been no substantial technical guidance provided by the manager, and it has come to light that she struggled to effectively mentor team members due to the severe lack of market research expertise. Feedback tends to be broad and lacks in heated expertise necessary for practical execution. While work hours are reasonable, the stress levels endured by new joinees to appease senior people in the team are a significant concern.
