Moonpreneur is a scam. My experience was terrible. The CEO Alok jain is mentally ill who needs medical treatment. Alok jain is a psycho, he abuses employees and mistreat them. Alok jain thinks he knows everything and he interfere in every work and doesn't allow experts to do the work. He doesn't trust his employees and keep on interrupting them. The HR Department is a joke. HR Prachi jain is there for employer.... not you, don't expect any help from her. All Alok's family members are in this company. so you cannot expect fair treatment. They can call you anytime, even during week offs or during your leave. There is no job security, they can fire you without even informing. There is no training, senior managers are clueless about work and they lack knowledge. There are no fixed shift timings, consider it as night shift. Fish Market has better work environment than Moonpreneur. If you Love your dignity and respect, don't join Moonpreneur. Moonpreneur is a scam in USA targeting small kids.
