Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. here is no like here in my department my manager is kind person . not presure on jr . in only import dept is good for work ..there is not salary increase chances .. if you have worked for last 2 or 3 years with 3 LPA then they will offer you arround 2 LPA or max 2.25 LPA . in 4 or5 month you will leave organisation becouse no growth .. they offer MBA graduates arround 8000 month .
