Favourite employees of the founder are always ruling and being political towards the people who do not value them. This is not the place for people who wish to grow and have a life where there is no politics. Besides, they do not practise ethical hiring practices. They hire you for a different position and make you do sales work. The founder of this company is very short tempered and abusive and does not even knows how to talk to women. Also, they deduct packages under the false quote that the person lacks relevant skills to have cordial relationship with the designed work and shows a mirage of increasing and resuming the old salary when it will make them feel that the candidate is now giving good results and that time never arrived. It is my humble request that do not join this organization and save your time and energy. They do not even stick to the package that they offer to the employees before onboarding them. They just want even a data analytics guy to do sales and make them do so. This organization traps candidates by giving them yearly bonus but they make the work culture so unbearable and toxic that one can never reach to avail those benefits. All of the positive reviews written here are not at all trust worthy. The viewers are requested to treat this review as the utmost honest one. Money tor can kick anyone out anytime, you can ne devalued anytime. This is a place where your colleagues will never make you feel good. They all are also very unprofessional and unethical. They can never reach out to know your side of the story in case of misconduct. They only trust their butterers as their source and roll out termination letters.
