ya they have given work from home option and they have taken measures like disabling biometric option for attendance

when I was joined in July 2015 in this company I felt so difficult in the beginning for doing job but my colleagues and seniors helped a lot to come out of difficult situation after some slow progression I gain some confidence and iam able to do different projects. I always give priority first to Quality rather than quantity and I have learnt so many things from this company.
