Worst company for HRs. No growth. No development. Too much pressure. People don't stay more than one year. The HR head is useless. Has no say. They take years to hire one position and once the hiring is done person runs away.

This company is hiring HR manager since last 8 months. They are not able to select. They pay penny and expect 12 to 14 hours of work, who will join?
