I don't like anything here. Here a person Ritik who tortured me too much when i was newcomer to the company. He have tortured me mentally. And when the company wants to fire you then they dont give any particular reason. My experience was very terrible.

When i met with an accident then company fired me at the saddest moment. I feel very bad. Work life balance is zero. Environment is very bad.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
