I don't think i can answer that because there's nothing i dislike about being here at all. But i wish there could be more benefits for interns.

Work Details

As an intern i don't get to explore much but i do get to learn a lot from my team and get q chance to contribute my insights as well. I wish though work assigned to me is not limited so that i can learn more

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
