Mobiakasa has a great working environment. A great Learning experience is there as everyone helps you to grow and learn. Nice salary structure, salary is on time along with the benefits(if applicable). Very Employee friendly company.

The company infrastructure has to be a little big, some more space should be there.

I worked as a Genius In Making there and learnt a lot of things in terms of skills, technology and management. Never had any issue with anything. Worked on some of the good projects with direct client communication.

Everything except colleagues Colleagues were super supportive but micro management is so toxic. Manager (Neeraj Dang) doesn't know any technical knowledge but still impose on others that you don't know anything. Also, no one at team lead or management level knows how to code and what are the basic principle of coding plus backend team lead (gaurab) thinks only php is everything. Super toxic company with features like working on sat sun or extra time also 6 months project should be completed in 2 months anyhow....Read More

You don't need to stop looking for jobs elsewhere...You will be always in an uncomfortable state which helps you to grow professionally ... You can learn how a company should not be and top management shouldn't be..

Management is very poor.. No clear vision or mission... Hire and fire culture.. There's no real projects with them.. Team lead and top level employees doesn't have basic skill sets or competency,the company is headed to collapse.. They just try to retain the clients with incompetent and unskilled employees..
