For me it has been a good experience. Got the opportunity to be mentored by some veterans in the field both in terms of technology as well as in engineering and projects. Also, got a lot of exposure since my seniors trusted in me. Hierarchy is a lot less than in other companies I've seen/worked in.

Dislikes

The role of such companies are under question (can only be known with time since those depends a lot on how the industries and sectors behave). Could've made some technological and engineering advancements in better times. Some effort can, however, be seen now. Salary structure needs revision to meet current expectations, extremely low in some cases.

Excellent learning opportunities, very cooperative colleagues and bosses, Recognition of value engineering, exposure to leadership and ownership of the national and international projects. Work life balance, recreation, sports and get together etc.

Comparatively poor pay structure as per the market orientation and experience, Lot of people got retrenched in covid time , reputed organization but no foresight to diverse the business field as per market orientation and positive utilization of skilled workforce.
