I had good colleagues while I was in the company. Earned much more knowledge. Learned how to behave with client as well contractor. Can say proudly I worked for Dastur co, where ever I go.

Company had their own policies to implement, but don't go through with client's policies. Company has to support their employee if he/she is not a culprit in some areas, if not, the employee becomes scape goat in such cases.

Have worked for an year, company policies about the employees is excellent. Benefits are also good in terms of medical reimbursement, transport facilities from site to office and vicec versa.

Dislikes

The project where i have assocaited with this company doesn't have a good working culture specifically the seniors use to treat the local engineers was simply unprofessional.
