Only one think is good that there is no scheduled time of entry, and higher authority ( not departmental) are very much conscious about corona.
Dislikes
Worst organisation for a beginner. Most of the seniors are not encouragable. Salary structure is very poor. Even before Corona period they give 50% of our salary. If you take entry here then you have to forget what is increment. No job security is here. Lastly I can tell think many times before entering in such an poor organization.

Good for people who can't move out of Kolkata due to some personal reason or to ladies...no career growth. New Management is not employee friendly and believes in Hire and Fire rule. Salary and perks are not as per industry standard. Also monthly payment of salaries are irregular. Though it gives u opportunity to visit abroad but that to a very few employees.
