Totally depends upon the project that one is working on. Green field projects will give more opportunities to learn. One gets to work with people who are technically sound. Very accommodating superiors and in general an open culture.

Dislikes

The organization has been struggling with getting projects recently and hence job security is an issue. Also, at time, with private clients, you do not have full agency to implement changes or exercise authority.

I learned a lot during my time there. Had the opportunity to work with some of the best minds in the steel plant construction sector.
