Too much lobbying is allowed, for some people who is having less exposure, got promoted which is paining us. Remote areas people are not being given preference for promotions and bit more pay is needed, comparatively to comfortable sites in cities like vizag. People who is honest and loyal to the company are not being treated adequately well. With lot of dedication I have completed two sites but not adequately benefited. Very less leaves....Read More

Teammeats are cooperative with respect to jobs as well as personal matters. Career growth is not satisfactory. Salary is poor comparatively. Very good learning opportunities are there.
