It was a jail not a work place. You cant leave without meeting your daily target. Meeting all the criteria for earning incentive was next to impossible.

M Modal is a very good organization, but middle management and operations are illiterates. M Modal provides good flexibility working hours, night shift allowances are competitive, credits salary on time. Fluency is a wonderful and incredible platform to process the work and user friendly platform which helps in processing the work rapidly.

Dislikes

No human values, lazy HR, moderate career growth, stagnant life, no scope for new learning. HR is just for namesake as operations does the HR job. Whatever operations conveys to HR, HR implements. HR values null to employees. Operations in M Modal especially in Hyd are illiterates. Out of their experience, they are into operations.

Work Details

Working with M Modal had been an amazing experience. I enjoyed processing the medical records everyday.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
