Dislikes

In this situation of COVID-19 where everyone is trying to help each other, they are cutting salaries by 20% and had not intimated the same with prior notice too. Also they still expect to work with full zeel and full energy inspite of their salary cutting.

Compensation is very less, centralised system with less authority. There is a lot of politics and some of the partners are also involved. Management doesn't bother to resolve any issue unless you put down your paper. Post that you are the most valuable employee..
