1 manager of taxation department said wrong word to my family member and to another female staff as well like (Tera baap kaisa hai, Teri shakal tere jooti jaisi hai). This manager is habituated of shifting blames on his team mates. He blamed his past team mate who had already left the office, present team mates & god knows may be will show this attitude forever to his team members & also made let down on regular basis. Another manager was well aware of majority of the incidents that took place but remained quiet & 1 partner made let you down. Majority plays diplomacy in their work. Both the partners without using their own senses were manipulated by the above manager who said wrong wordings. When I bring this to notice of senior partner, he showed a casual attitude towards my grievance. No actions were taken against him. When I asked them on mail about actions been taken, they didn't replied to it. There seems a disconnect between the principles adopted by senior partner for girls & actions taken. And even senior partner was in a rush to make me out of the office. Both the partners have no ethics & lacks professionalism. A nightmare & toxic workplace. Staff attrition rate is high as staffs are leaving & specially the capable ones. There are instances of staff who portrays themselves to be the best fit with the intent of securing positions or favourable treatment. Worst decision to be a part of them.
