It s a family run company but need to set examples that anybody can excel to top positions in the organization. 3. No body is best and We need to grow even better please take criticism positively.

Nothing, literally nothing.... just run from this company

No work culture. One will feel like he is working on a pan shop. Just their website is good . No job security. People gets fired on will of Neeraj Gupta. Even the GMs are fired just like that. People are scolded like they are not even humans. Because this companies leadership team thinks they are the most educated fellow. Truth ismost of them have somehow just passed 12th class. Their engineering head thinks he is even more knowledgeable than the PhD holder from IIT and he will scold them like they are fool on contrary this guy does not even know the difference between a certificate course and MBA from ISB. Their HR is so dumb, and lazy they will not do any work. Leave helping employees they will not even do basis duties. For every thing you have to go to (management) even though polices are made but just on paper. That's why full company employees just praise the management up to the extent that if you see you can feel the taste of slavery or zamindar system. People who join from big companies or have caliber have run away from here literally. Leaving their letter, pf and everything Even there is lot of rivalry in all the brothers but they have to bow in from of Neeraj because he is CEO. After getting scolded from him jut they will come out and say how idiot he is and they are waiting for company to fail. This company is working in defense but they are making bad product. After qualifying for a product they will use low quality material just to reduce cost and make more profit. During random sampling by customer they will just take out the best product and then delivery the third class product. This they are doing for defense industry just Imagine their value and ethics. Soldiers will die because of them. Imagine if you join a meeting and listen their CEO saying all employee want salary on time. As earlier they used to delay salary by weeks. They are unable to bring the IPO from last 5 year just because they have done so many scams that if they bring the IPO then SEBI will review their complete history . I have never heard or seen such a bad company. Don't join here even if you package is doubled. This is the way they attract people then throw out them and all the thing I have told you above.
