Good work environment and culture also teammates are very supportive. HR Policies are very fair and appreciable. 100 % transparency in management system. Here you learn so many skill everyday. I would like to say only one thing MKU is "GOOD PLACE " for your carrier.

There is nothing to be like about this organisation. This is definition of LALA Company.

Don't be confused with the LinkedIn marketing team. There is nothing to be liked about. Total LALA Chaap company. No Benefits. No Flexible Timings. They don't have any regard for PhDs, Post-Docs, M.Tech. or even IITians. People join this organization and they suffocates until they leave it.

Job security is not there, During second covid surge company is not taking care of their employees,just showing empathy on whatsapp grup.Not recommend anyone, Top management comprises of family members.Not proffesional @ all.

After joining MKU I made a wrong decision,They made my life hell ,MD want updates in the middle of night,you are not allowed to leave @6:30 closing time,If you do that you will get notice from HR team.
