As per my personal experience overall company is a good as the company is a SAIL & TATA join venture & work culture same as like TATA Steel....on Saturday & Sunday no one will call you for officially.. As per me if anyone getting a chance to work MJ should grab the opportunity.

Bogus corporate politics..HR are puppets..no independent thinking of HR or ethics committee.. everything is driven as per the whims of top management mainly BU heads even if they are highly incompetent.promotes nepotism..work or talent is not seen during appraisal or promotion..the equation with your line manager only matters..not recommended for career growth and skills development

No scale in terms of salary. Have to be ready to work on 24/7. Working on holidays on regular basis. No extra allowance for that and also no compoff leave for working on holidays. Though there is a policy of taking compoff if some one works on holidays. No recognition, nominal yearly increment of some one exceeding their goal. Long term stay will not help in career growth.
