MJUNCTION IS JOINT VENTURE WITH SAIL & TATA, THIS IS BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT COMPANY AND MY PROJECT IS END TO END SERVICES IN MATERIAL MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AS A SENIOR ASSOCIATE & I GOT LOT OF EXPERIENCE IN MM DEPARTMENT. CULTURE IS VERY GOOD IN MY PREVIOUS COMPANY, MANAGEMENT IS VERY HELPFULL & POLICIES ARE ALSO GOOD

ABOVE END TO END PROJECT IS STOPPED IN VISVESWARAYA IRON AND STEEL PLANT DUE TO VISL COMPANY IS GOINT TO SHOUTDOWN AS PER CENTRAL GOVT ORDERS. HENCE MY COMPANY MJUNCTION SERVICES HAS TRANSFERRED ALL EMPLOYEES TO KOLKATA FOR SAME PACKAGE. HENCE, RESIGNED.

No scale in terms of salary. Have to be ready to work on 24/7. Working on holidays on regular basis. No extra allowance for that and also no compoff leave for working on holidays. Though there is a policy of taking compoff if some one works on holidays. No recognition, nominal yearly increment of some one exceeding their goal. Long term stay will not help in career growth.

Work life balance only applies to the upper level management or those who are posted at Kolkata. For people posted at branch level nothing seems to be good. Appraisal is given only on the basis of oiling BU heads. The worst part is the HRs of this company who come up with vogus policies every now and then but in times of utilising these policies they act as puppets of these BU heads.
