If we talk about atmosphere, culture, environment in MJ Biopharm is really good to work, In today's stressful life they maintain really good environment in the organisation, So, overall it's the one thing that is really good in MJ grp i.e. work culture...👍

In my opinion MJ is really good growing company, but need to adopt some latest technology for the work like documentation and other activities, need to move from offline to online in most of the things..need to adopt the online system which is a very useful thing in the Pharma if we are talking about the work. So need to improve in that perticular area .

It's nothing that can be appreciated in this company.

1.No salary on time. 2.They do not provide clean approns for employees, employees just use the approns whichever they get and wear it's not at all clean and mainly it's used by so many people before and not washed also. 3.There are no fix timings for going home. Employee work beyond shift hours. 4.Toilets are worst then public toilets. They don't have cleanliness no tissue are available for wiping hands and it stinks horrible. 5.Food given by company is not at all good it has been observed many times with some insects and canteen stinks.
