Good Night Shift Allowance Good variable pay

There is no proper HR team- a single HR is doing all the activities. No formal training sessions, trainings are given over phone calls, no proper SOP, documentation, classroom training . There is no work life balance. The team is always under staffed, as a result , employees are under constant work pressure. No planned leaves allowed due to resource crunch. Work Details

Terrible. No leaves, expected to work on weekends. On weekdays there is a general expectation to stay logged in for at least 12 hours which might extend during high volume day.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
