We were asked to put papers within 1 month of lockdown and after that for the next 5 months I was jobless then they ( Mirraw) called back asking if we can join them as now their business has resumed and they need employees. So basically asked us to leave when we needed the job and then they ask us to join back when they needed us. Did not expect this from a them after working for a year.

they always give more to the people who are having referals as i walk for the interview there are many persons everysingle of them where rejected by asking their names and after that 2-3 persons left and 1 is having referals and all the things of them are correct so they started doing things like first they remove 1 person by saying you are not great thankyou all of our apti was good technical theory we have to write on paper that is also correct so how they would reject so now 3 left they removed me by saying everthing is good but you are not having experience although interview is for freshers so i said ok then i waited bcz my friend was there in the last 2 persons same she said bcz of experience you are not he said i have 1 yr experience they she gone again and told sry but we cant just go and finally the referal one selected so moral of the story dont go if you dont have referal .
